🍴- Clean the wall immediately if is dirty or greasy before it is stained and irremovable.

🍴- Avoid heavy smells cooking like curry as the furniture and curtain may capture the smells.

🍴- Keep the kitchen utensils provided in good condition.

🍴- Ensure all furniture, carpet, and curtain has no grease/stain/colouring.

🍴- Avoid heavy cooking that may sound the alarm and trigger the water sprinkler.

🍴- Guest take full responsibility for any damages or causes of rental loss.
